Compacta

Genesis

Change system A.R.C./3
Automatic film reel change system.
The system is composed of a rotating trolley with three new reel positions. This device has a storage of three new reels, plus one more reel in the spool carriage. This is the maximum available between one stop of the machine and the following.
The discharge of the core of the finished reel will be done by the automatic system in a side of the machine. The machine requires a stretch film reel with the initial part simply wrapped around the core.
It will be possible, during the function of the machine, to insert some new reels in the rotating storage without stopping the function of the wrapper.
The system is completed with all the manual functions for inserting the new reels in the rotating trolley.
The film will be automatically inserted in the pre-stretch system ASCSP by a patented system.
For product dimensions:
