The JEM-PN2 Series is used on 3/4" (19mm) - 2" (51mm) Regular Duty & High Tensile Steel Strapping with a thickness of .020" (0.51mm) - .044" (1.12mm). These tools are high quality tools capable of up to 1600 lbs (725 kg) of tension and weigh in at 8.1 lbs (3.67 kg).
- For 3/4" Strapping, use 703 Seals.
- For 1-1/4" strapping, use 803 Seals.
- For 2" strapping, use 902 Seals.
For a 3/4" Pneumatic Notch Sealer, we recommend the following:
- JEM-STPDN19 Double Up-Notch Sealer Recommended
- JEM-PHDS-34 Up-Notch Sealer
- JEM-RCNS2-34SE Up-Notch Sealer
For a 1-1/4" Pneumatic Notch Sealer, we recommend the following:
- JEM-STPDN32 Double Up-Notch Sealer Recommended
- JEM-PHDS-114 Up-Notch Sealer
- JEM-RCNS2-114SE Up-Notch Sealer
For strapping that is .044" (1.12mm) and above, please use one of the following tools.
- For a 1-1/4" Pneumatic Crimp Sealer, we recommend the JEM-1444SE
- For a 2" Pneumatic Crimp Sealer, we recommend the JEM-NS250SE
