The JEM-PHDX can support 3/4" (19mm) up to 2" (51mm) Steel Strapping. This series of tools will work with Regular Duty and High Tensile strapping at thicknesses from .020"( .51mm) to .044"(1.12mm). Maximum tension is 2000 lbs at 90 psi. The JEM-PHDX is also available with a roller base (must specify when ordering).
- For 3/4" Strapping, use 703 Seals.
- For 1-1/4" strapping, use 803 Seals.
- For 2" strapping, use 902 Seals.
This tool weighs 9 lbs (4.1 kg) and is made in the USA and replacement parts are available.
For a 3/4" (19mm) Pneumatic Notch Sealer, we recommend the following:

For a 1-1/4" (32mm) Pneumatic Notch Sealer, we recommend the following:

For strapping that is .044" (1.12mm) and above, please use one of the following tools.
- For a 1-1/4" Pneumatic Crimp Sealer, we recommend the JEM-1444SE
- For a 2" Pneumatic Crimp Sealer, we recommend the JEM-NS250SE
