The JEMLINE3300-58 is a 5/8" sealer designed to work with and enhance the application of the JEMLINE 3200 tensioner. The model 3300 is a break through solution creating multiple pressure zones to enhance seal efficiency. Staggered jaws allow the tool to be symmetrical, eliminating the need for special tool orientation when sealing. Cam action jaws apply large closing force on shorter shoulder, reducing sealing effort and increasing jaw life. Unique jaw design requires less clearance between the seal and the surface of the package. Jaws and anvils are made of highest quality heat treated steel. Designed for use with ORP2300.16, PET16 serrated seals. Can be used with polyester, HR Nylon, and polypropylene strapping. Only available in 5/8"(16mm). The extra long handles make this sealer user friendly.
It is very important that you use the correct sealer and seals for your strapping application. Note that without the proper sealer and seals, the seal joint efficiency may not meet the specifications listed in the ASTM Standards for steel and non metallic strapping.
